This is a revolutionary planet building system. It uses matter of which all things are composed of, to make things such as water and soil among the other things we have on earth including mineral content. The Matter Ray is sucking the energy from the dead planet. The ray extracts the matter from the dead planet and changes the matter to the newly developing planet to make landscape features that are similar to earth. Once the new planet has extracted enough energy from the old planet, it begins its orbital rotation in place of the dead one.
